WiPSCE Registration Information

We are delighted that you are interested in attending the WiPSCE conference from March 11 to 13, 2026, at RWTH Aachen University.
Please note the following information regarding registration:

• There are three different contribution categories, each with its own registration link.
• Payment is possible exclusively by credit card.
• Payment are made in Euro.
• Please also note that participation in WiPSCE 2026 is only possible by booking the complete package consisting of the participation fee (depending on the contribution category, €227.00 for non-ACM/GI members, €190.00 for ACM-GI members, and €80.00 for students and teachers), rate for meals (€95.00), and the supporting program (€101.50).
• Participation is only guaranteed after full payment of the registration fee.
• The organizers are not liable for claims for damages and/or losses if the entire conference has to be canceled due to an event of force majeure.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.

Explanations regarding the registration process

• There is a separate registration link for each of the three different contribution categories. Please make sure you select the correct link.
• If you register for the “ACM/GI member” or “students and teachers” categories, please note that you must prove your membership (via a membership card or your membership number or student ID) when checking in on the first day of the conference.
• The registration process consists of two steps:
  1. First, you register as a person. You will then receive your username and password (automatically).
  2. After logging in, you can register for the event and make your payment.
• Please note: Invoices will be sent at a later date once the RWTH internal accounting process (which only takes place once a month) has been completed.

Registration Rates

* Please note that this reduced offer applies exclusively to students and school teachers, but not to doctoral students with employment contracts. This reduced price is intended to enable individuals who cannot bill through their employer to participate.
