Local Transportation / Busses

Directions / bustransport from hotels to Venue:

The fares for busrides in Aarhus city center are 20 kr. You enter the yellow city buses ("bybus") in Aarhus through any door and buy your ticket at the ticket machine (bring coins). You have to buy a ticket immediately, when you enter the bus. If you don´t have a ticket, you risk getting a penalty fare (750 kroner).

Aarhus University Travel Information

We recommend looking at Billund Airport (BLL), when planning your trip, as it is well-connected with a lot of European hubs. The busses Billund-Aarhus is app. 1,5 hours and cost around 140 DKR. Another option is to take a bus Billund-Vejle and then the train to Aarhus. Finally a taxi Billund-Aarhus is around 1500 DKR.
