Welcome to Glasgow

We are looking forward very much to welcoming you to Glasgow! We will shortly be posting details here of everything you need including maps, travel and accommodation information. There's loads to do and see in Glasgow and around Scotland and we'll include details as well.

Joining instructions: Checking in, getting your badge, proceedings etc

You can pick up your materials for the conference from 12.30pm on Wednesday 23rd October. This will be in the hallway outside the Senate Room, which is the main conference venue. To find the Senate Room, look first at this map. Find A10 on the map - this is the easiest entrance to the building - you will be right underneath the iconic main tower of the University. Enter the building and turn right through double doors and then up a grand staircase, blue carpeted. At the top of the stairs, turn left. The Senate Room is at the end of the hallway. We will have signage up!

Accommodation

A list of the most suitable places to stay for the duration of the conference has been compiled, including a listing offering a delegates' discount.

Restaurants and Places to Eat

The West End features a fine array of restaurants and eateries within walking distance of the University. The City Centre is also full of great places to eat, and is only a ten minute subway ride from the University.
